In Business for More than 20 Years, Currently Under New Management
Millbourne Laundromat has been in business for more than 20 years under three different owners. Our current owner, Jane Hwang, took over the business twelve years ago. Under Jane’s matrimonial guidance, our business is very much a family-based business, and we strive to build a family with our customers. We achieve this by supporting our community in various ways, including a Thanksgiving dinner we host every year to help feed the homeless and poverty-stricken, inviting the entire community to come out and join us.
We Do Our Best to Accommodate You
Dedicated to exceeding your expectations, we’re less expensive than most of our local competitors. We’re also very flexible and reliable with our many drop-off laundry services. One time we had a customer whose washer broke down, and she was in an emergency laundry situation because she was about to go on a trip. She dropped off all of her clothing here, and we had it all ready for her before she left, even though it was a little last-minute. Needless to say, she was extremely happy with our exceptional customer service. While we cannot always guarantee last-minute service like that, we do try our best to accommodate you.
